Hello Shipmates, It tis THE MERRY MONTH OF MAY and have you signed up yet?

HAVE YOU REGISTERED FOR THE XXII USS HIGBEE DDR / DD 806 REUNION? It is never too soon to get the DATES on your calendar and let the Holiday Inn know that you are coming. Call 1-800-766-4451 and ASK FOR RESERVATIONS & stating you are with the USS HIGBEE REUNION. Know to that after 15 August 2012 the "Rack Rate" per room will be $130 +/-. A credit card will guarantee a room and you will not be charged until after the reunion, at check out time.

Cancellation Policy: Canceling your reservation after 6:00 PM (local hotel time) on 14 September, 2012, or failing to show, will result in a charge of 1 night per room to your credit card. Taxes may apply. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.

Gil is still working on the tours and says there are some great ones. More info on that to come when he solidifies those tours...

Also, the reason John is helping out again this month with the newsletter is:
Tom HAD surgery on the 12th April removing his prostate, the nerves and 2 lump glands around it. The report is that the Doctors got all the cancer. Tom is back home and recovering well. Good Show Tom!

Does anyone have copies of the group pictures taken at Bush Stadium, St Louis? If yes, and would you be willing to send a copy to Tom tmswoodshop@comcast.net or John john@theplantingsolution.com Thanks! We will publish them on the website.
